This design and build contract comprised the demolition of existing dwellings and community centre and the construction of 66 flexible retirements apartments and 12 assisted living apartments – one and two bedroom – for rent and shared ownership.
In addition to the accommodation the residents benefit from: fully equipped kitchen; café/function room; communal lounge; quiet room; buggy charging room; sensory gardens and community room which is also open to the general public.
