Next level spaces are created by next level people.

We know that a building is only as good as the team that delivers it.

So, we place a lot of emphasis on our working relationships at every stage of the project.

That begins with how we work with our clients, their teams, and every supplier and contractor involved.

Extensive industry experience and knowledge means that we can provide clients with innovative, pragmatic, and strategic solutions to their briefs. Our honest, transparent approach ensures we are on the same page from day one to the very end of their project.

Trusting relationships with valued suppliers is essential for cost effective solutions and meeting deadlines. Our reputation is key when we find new suppliers or source specialists for specific requirements.

Our team here at Raise is encouraged to form close ties with the clients they work with and share options ensuring project ownership, and that working to the highest standards is in everybodys’ interest.

We are committed to providing our team with development opportunities, mentoring, training, and support to and achieve their own professional goals. We want them to stay with us, and our clients.

Raise believe every person, and every relationship, in the chain helps us to build better.

Ryan Curtis

I’m no stranger to projects of all sizes.

I began my quantity surveying career in 1999, working on mainly residential projects at first.

As I moved on, my experience grew as I worked on diverse schemes across all industry sectors and of varying values.

My last position was at a 50 million annual turnover company where I became Regional Commercial Manager.

My role here at Raise is to ensure all financial and commercial matters run smoothly.

I support the Estimating Team to produce robust and competitive tenders and, if successful, I will oversee the finances and ensure that the customer is kept fully aware of how the project is progressing.

I also ensure all of our supply chain partners are paid on time. 24 years in the business have taught me that a happy team makes for a better project.

Simon Carter

My love affair with construction started in 1981 with my first job as an apprentice bricklayer. Since then, I have progressed through the industry working in many roles from site manager to Regional Construction Director at a well-respected regional contractor, and now as Director at Raise Projects.

I prepare project timelines, support Ryan on contractual negotiations, and ensure that we deliver when we say we will.

I am respected within the industry as strong leader, and like to keep business personable – which is just as well as I am the main point of contact for our clients. I’m also very comfortable presenting to clients, their stakeholders, and everyone in the supply chain – including apprentice brickies of course.
