The project involved the construction of two 2-storey town house blocks and a main three storey building at the rear of the site.
The completed scheme provides 169 high quality
en-suite bedrooms with a gym, common room, communal kitchens, bike park and external landscaped spaces. Bathroom pods were installed as the building progressed.
Logistically the scheme was challenging as the building’s footprint occupied the majority of the site, necessitating deliveries being planned on a daily basis. This task was managed by our on-site logistics manager who ensured the safety of the general public and kept traffic congestion to a minimum.
